If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Support for instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Customer Support is staffed from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (PST) Monday through Thursday.
If you are not totally satisfied with one of our generic (not custom printed) stock products in quantities under 5,000, you can request a RMA number to return your entire order in re-sellable condition within 60 days of your purchase’s arrival and we’ll promptly give you a full refund less shipping charges. Please make sure you send any returns prepaid with insurance via a traceable common carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, US Mail). Quantities over 5,000 and special runs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects.
DO NOT return the items to an address on the packing materials or our website. In some cases the facility processing the return will not be the same one that shipped the goods. Customer Support will provide you with the specific information you need. We will be happy take care of any concerns you may have at that time.
Once approval for your return has been secured, you will be provided with instructions for returning your order.
